This is a small well chapel hidden next to a farm yard. Interesting and different from most other places to visit. The route to the chapel is very narrow and the parking a bit sparse. Worth the effort to get there. visit time 1/2 hour...More

This small chapel/well is off the main road and part of the English heritage sites around this part of Cornwall and if added to other similar sites in the area is worth putting on the itinerary. Once you follow the sign off the main road...More

The chapel houses a natural spring whose waters we're reputed to cure whooping cough, and may also have been used for baptisms. The structure of the tiny chapel dates from the early 16thC, and is in wonderful condition, fabricated from massive dressed Cornish granite blocks....More

If you are passing this may be worth a visit. Other than the small well building there is nothing else to see. Need to park in a nearby farm and walk down a lane.

It was interesting, but there is not a lot to do other than look at the well. Not too easily accessible either.

Surprisingly little know old building a very short distance from the main road. Easy parking yards from the old granite chapel or mini bathing place. The English Heritage website if you put Dupath Well into your search engine tells you all. Doesn't take long to...More

I have driven past the turning hundreds of times. About a minute outside Callington on the road to Saltash/Plymouth. Turn in left and follow the signs for about two minutes. A little confusing especially when you find yourself in the middle of an active farm...More

Check this place out on the English Heritage website. I tried to add it to this listing but the Tripadvisor software wouldn't let me, nor could I correct the name of the place. Not very member or traveller friendly. I suggest that if you live...More

Hi There is no charge for parking and there is no admission fee. Cars are parked on level ground adjacent to the feature at the side of the farm yard where the well is situated. There is no 'official ' disabled access but... More
