Stopped her in the hopes of showing niece some helicopters. Got really lucky - helicopters taking off and landing. Two jets took off together and then another jet did a number of landings/take offs. Really exciting free view, but we were lucky with our timing...More

Not much to see unless you know whwn to visit , we visited to see one navy air craft, there were free parking spaces , take you binacoulors to see into air feild and other details such as radars etc..

Obviously it used to be exciting but now there are 2 carparks overlooking an empty airfield. Shame I missed it - some reviews were good but alas not now.

We stopped for a while and it was so peaceful it was a Sunday with no action to see but still relaxing area to view the runways and camp.

Who needs the viewing area you can see from all over they flew over us all the time we were down on holiday , over the coast and mullion camp

Was a nice viewing area in its day with a cafe and shop, but unfortunately that's now gone. These days it's simply a car park and a car park with not much to see given the demise of the search and rescue squadron and heavy...More

If you've nothing to do there is little to see. The coffee shack has gone. Need to be a geek in Gweek to enjoy this.
