We visited on Friday and parked up in the village as we didn't know where we were going particularly. We then walked down the road following the sign for the lighthouse. It's about a 15 minute gentle stroll. Everywhere is really well signposted by the...More

Easy to get to - make sure you get there early though into the main car park, you certainly don't want to be in the overflow car park which is a mile away! Difficult to get down to with prams etc on the main route...More

This place is quite difficult to get to as you have to climb over loose rocks and steep steps but it is worth every single minute...especially when you can reach the cut off beaches when the tide is out An absolutely beautiful place and up...More

It's a good overall southern most corner of the Uk. Overall it's a good experience. Not the best for me but a good place for all age group to enjoy.

Drive straight down to the cafe ignore the car park signs there is a disabled car park right by the cafe there is gravel but also concrete and tarmac so is wheelchair manageable, it is steep though, so beware.

I think you may be safer around the 11-12 mark if high tide is at 8am as it's not a very wide beach. You could always sit at the cafe and have a drink if it's still in when you get there.
