The house is bigger than it seems from the outside. It is fully furnished with lots of rooms open to the public. The tea rooms was well stocked and staff were friendly. There are large gardens to wander around with lots of benches.

Well worth a visit with very large gardens to see aswell. Seemed to be child friendly as there were many there, some making use of the very large gardens for games. The house has some activities to try for both young and old.

First of all, just because I only rated this a 4* rather than a 5* is not to takeaway from the overall experience, it just lacks the wow factor that a colourful garden would add. The gardens are still wonderful with lots of topiary and...More

First of all its important to understand that Antony House is NOT in Torpoint. Its not even in the village of Antony and thats about a mile's walk from the house. But it is nearer to the small hamlet of Wilcove which is just outside...More

Another good reason to have a National Trust membership. Antony House & Gardens are absolutely stunning to visit. The 18th century property & grounds are beautifully laid out. Very friendly & helpful staff & volunteers. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed within the formal gardens but...More
