My wife and I spent a couple of hours in conversation and learning, making and cooking bannock on open fires using 3 different methods. It was a fantastic experience. We also had cedar tea. The staff and guide were excellent. 31 Aug. 2017.

Awesome sunset paddle on First Nation's Reserve. Guide was empathetic, keen and very open about the past history and positive future of his community.
