Road was a bit rough at times. Unsealed the last kilometre. Lovely views. Easy walk. Plenty of parking.

Take the time to head into the Byron Hills to see this magnificent place. About half an hour from Byron Bay, a gorgeous and scenic hinterland drive up and into the National Park. Spectacular views and environment. The falls are particularly great after rain.

A bit of a drive from Byron Bay. It will take half a day to do the drive, hike from top to bottom and a swim at the pool at the base of the fall. To make a good day trip you can mix in...More

Round trip about 2 hours. Walking all the way down to the base of the falls then all uphill on the return half. Was able to do this easily with a 9 year old but is quite muddy and slippery (winter) a few obstacles on...More

Well worth the drive off the highway through bangalow rainforest area. 100m drop from lookout to fall floor. Walk to floor 4.5km. Lots of wildlife. Simply stunning and peaceful

The roads up to the falls were full of potholes so take care on the way up! The views from the top were incredible but we decided to walk the 4.5km down to the base to get a better look. The path is mostly laid...More

The roads to get there are fairly treacherous - narrow and full of pot-holes. The viewing point is only 50m from the car park and is a quite high and spectacular.

We went here with our family just for a quick look but ended up spending several hours here. Waterfall was spectacular, grounds beautifully kept, toilets and bbq area etc. The children (aged from 4 - 6) loved walking through the water that trickled across river...More
