These falls are easy to visit, with a particularly attractive view from the platform just metres from the car parking area. They are most spectacular after rain but the setting is attractive any time. If you have time to spare there is a walk that takes you down to the level of the falls in about 15 minutes.

After enjoying the Wonga Walk track at Dorrigo National Park we drove the short distance north to see the lookout of Dangar Falls- just beautiful, great viewing platform. We could see a keen Dad swimming beneath the falls (would be very cold) while his kids were having a ball in a raft. We didn't walk down but would be great... More

Lovely walk and great view of the falls which are running beautifully with the rain we have had recently.

I'm sure photographers everywhere would be happy to pay a visit to Dangar Falls. It is quite spectacular and would be great to shoot in all kinds of weather & lighting. The falls were flowing strongly after recent heavy rains. In the hotter weather it is possible to swim in the large waterhole at the base of the waterfall, which... More

These falls are about a one hour scenic drive from Coffs Harbour. It’s a lovely drive through a few small country towns such as Bellingon. There had been recent rains so the waterfalls had a good flow of water. Whilst we didn’t swim one can do so and swim right up to the falls.

Easy drive from town. plenty of parking space. Has viewing platform right next to carpark. you can walk down to falls but it was heavy rain when we were there so gave it a miss.

We missed the big rainfall and this would have been spectacular. We visited on a drier afternoon one week after the area had a months rainfall in a small number of days. A small viewing platform near the car park but don't be fooled there is a safe walking track ( harder to find) past the labyrinth. An easy boardwalk... More

Dangar Falls are pretty impressive, especially after heavy rain. Located just outside Dorrigo just off the main road, it is well signposted. There is plenty of parking and a nice BBQ and playground area right next to the lookout over the falls. I also recommend the short walk that takes you down to the river bed just below the falls.... Awesome place! You can swim on the cold water and also see the beautiful view from the top. Nice stop for your roadtrip between gold coast and sydney!

Just a few steps from the car park to the lookout platform. Nice looking falls with grass and picnic table nearby. We didn't walk along the path due to young kids but I'm sure it would have been worth it
