We were there for 1 hour only but could have spent the whole afternoon. The displays are wide ranging and were well described. The vintage ferry is superb. Feed the fish, do not miss the outdoor features and allow plenty of time. We will be back.

Lots of information on the local area and it's maritime history. Full sized old Sydney Ferry on show. There was also an interesting art exhibition on when we were there. Well worth a visit.

I took my nephew to the Museum for the day. He is 5 years old and he particularly loved the Mangroves Walk. There is plenty of fish, and birds and crabs to see and makes for a beautiful morning out.
