Free entry. They are a really beautiful spot in the morning when the sun rises, especially in the winter when it's chilly there.

I can only reviews the baths from looking at them, we didn't venture in as the air temperature was 50 degrees and getting in to hot water wasn't on the agenda! The area was quite nicely landscaped and the water looked clean. A couple of local miners went in, don't know how they did it.....it was the Olympic pool for... More

Free...24hrs , apart from mid morning clean. Hot 38-40 deg so need to cool off regularly under the cold water shower. An oasis in a very dry area...crystal clear water and spotless clean facility with showers/toilets shaded seating. Not a place for those with heart issues. Go early morning or nighttime after days fossiking.

We went after a long hot day in the sun and thought we would not find it relaxing but to our amazement we experienced the exact opposite. Well worth the trip.

I went early in the morning, it is closed 10am-noon for cleaning etc, the facility is not locked, there are amenities available 24/7 . While I was there several travellers came & showered only. The baths are incredible, to engineer this to happen has so many benefits. In the interest of health I feel you should always go with someone,... More

Just about the hottest thermal pool I have been in. Showers are provided and is open 24/7. Kind of on the edge of town but only by minutes you can ride a bike there easily. Bring a drink as there is nothing but the pool and showers there.

Not sure if you could visit this in the middle of the day, but as they are open 24 hours a day that is not an issue. We went at 7am and it was perfect. Two pools, two temperatures, four showers and information boards made for a memorable visit to Lightning Ridge. So very clean too!
