An exceptionally clean, well planned, family oriented park. If you can't have fun here you'er probably dead....I've hiked it, biked it,Had reunions there & even took a naps (several) If you need a little serenity or just want to get away from the madness I can't think of a closer place to natures bathtub than this one...

we recommend the 'coal tubing' which started at Greenhouse Park and took over 2 hours floating down the river in a rubber tube, very relaxing with picturesque surroundings.

Swimming, kayaking, tubing, surfing the waves, climbing on rocks or the playground. Quiet and nice picnic areas.

Beautiful park with white water access to Stony creek river. The water rushes by the large rocks that line the shore. There are pavilions available, portapotties and open roofed changing areas. While I wasn't in the water, sitting by the river was relaxing on a,warm evening.

Nice picnic area along the river - space for outside games. Local area drop off for river tubing, several pavilions in the area.

My significant other is in a Rotary Club. They had their annual picnic at Greenhouse Park. It was very clean, very new looking. We had a pavillion and we had plenty of room for a group of approximately 25. I'm sure we will do it again!

This is a true triumph in Johnstown. This fabulous whitewater park was a massive project and the home of a terrific annual kayakers event. Love to head down on a hot summer day/evening to tube the whitewater, cool off and cook out.
