This is a lovely movie theatre often playing more eclectic films. Seating is casual in old fashioned setting with tables and sofas in the back which can easily accommodate wheelchairs. It is BYOB (not food) with $2 service fee per bottle (wine or beer). Despite this being my favorite film setting I can't give it a 5 because AV quality... More

We love downtown Lewisburg and really enjoy going to see movies at the campus theater. We wish the sound quality was better and the staff was friendlier.

I am so sorry that you had a less than excellent experience here at the Campus Theatre. We recently upgraded our sound system, but there are always bugs to work out. We try to hire the best staff possible and encourage them to be friendly and courteous to everyone, but we will discuss this review at our next staff meeting.... More

One of those theaters of old and well kept. Reminds me of my younger years going to the cinema when there was only one movie to choose from. These cavernous theaters are truly something everyone must experience! Plus Lewisburg is a great town to explore the main street. Stop in to the Freeze for ice cream too!

Don't expect the megaplix experience, this is above that venue. We have been there many times because we enjoy the atmosphere of a classic movie theater. The seating is comfortable for us, the sound is just fine and all in a relaxed setting. Standard theater snacks as well as a cartoon with every show. No long drawn out trailers and... More

The campus has always been a treasure in downtown Lewisburg. Going to Elizabeth's across the street and then heading to the theater for an old movie is the best. Never a disappointment!

I'm not sure exactly when this theatre was established but I know it was well before my time as I remember it being "old' when I was "young". I'm 72 now if that gives you any indication. For many years the theatre kept it's doors open even as other more modern theatres at the malls were springing up around it.... More
