This quaint, picturesque ski resort was only my second ski trip ever. Despite the warm weather and less than ideal snow I had an amazing trip thanks to help from the staff. Slope patroller Tom went above and beyond to give our group ski instructions without compensation. I went from an absolute beginner incapable of skiing 10 feet to delightfully gliding down the slopes as a group. Also met the cutest dog named Laurel who worked at the lodge. Thanks for a wonderful trip.

Loved the idea of coming to a smaller ski area. We were not disappointed. Unfortunately the weather had been too warm for a lot of snow, so only a couple of runs were open. This was perfect for our family to get used to skiing/snowboarding again after a number of years. Derek in the Wildcat lounge was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The food was great, much better than we expected from a ski area. Taylor was the chef at the Wildcat and his food was fantastic. He was also very accommodating. I also saw the ski patrol members helping new beginner skiers get down the slopes. We are looking forward to coming back for another day of skiing, and this will now become our new place to come back to.

Took my son-in-law, 4 grandkids of varying age and a foreign exchange student here for the first time. Knew the area was nice, was curious to see what the ski area was like since learning it had opened awhile back and the lower rates than the other nearby resorts drew me. I know the goal of a ski resort is to get as much business as possible and that, having been reopened just a few years, they're still growing, but what a pleasure right now. Not a huge lodge like the others but very pretty and rustic with a super view out front facing slopes and an attractive patio with fire area facing parking area. Almost like a homey atmosphere and everyone from the desk people to the lift operators were so friendly and helpful. Parking lot convenient to lodge, no big long walk. We went this past Saturday which would have been some degree of sardine-like other places but so comfortable here. The longest lift line I was in was just a few people long. Just relaxing and even more sociable with other skiers. Spoke several times with others on the slopes and a couple even stopped to help with a mini-lesson for the first-time skier exchange student. I think that's only happened a few times over the years elsewhere. I personally only do green trails and really enjoyed the super long Innsbruck/Lower Broadway/ Deer Path run. The little beginner bunny slope with rope tow is great for first-timers and the grandkids who could handle blue trails were pleased as well. We pretty much only get to ski once a year but unless/until this place gets all crowded and higher priced like the others, this will be the place we come back to without a doubt. 100% pleased and satisfied with our experience.

A hidden treasure located only minutes from historic Ligonier. The lodge is new and offers fantastic views. Lower Wildcat will challenge the most experienced skier.

A legendary Pennsylvania now opened after an 11 year break. The Redone Broadway Trail is a pleasure to ski. Innsbruck Trail in now a viable beginner trail. Wildcat slope has never had so much snowmaking installed. what a joy to ski this legendary slope again!
