Smell from the Landfill across street is a deal-breaker

I would love to have truly enjoyed this place. But the horrid stench from the landfill across the street just made it unbearable.

Loved the view from the winery inside and out. We only choose two different kinds of wines to taste test. The top credited wine was too strong of a grape taste for our liking. It tasted like some one had picked overripe grapes. The taste lingered for a while on our taste buds. The second choice was The Red Sky.... More

Too bad the scenery is so nice, because the staff is not. Visited on a busy Saturday and was prepared for some delays. There were 2 persons working, a gal (who I found out was one of the owners) and a fella, who I will call Mr. Inattentive. The gal was working the bar and the register, which was across... More

Great wines, a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Tina, the owner-operator is knowledgable and friendly to all whether regulars or first-timers. The five county view from the deck shouldn't be missed. It's spectacular. Contrary to another review the landfill is NOT "across the street". It is a distance away but on rare occasions the wind can shift and bring it closer.... More

Beautiful scenery, however the atmosphere/staff was very uninviting. We felt very uncomfortable and could not get our tasting finished fast enough. No engagement, except for us asking for the next sample. Also the staff member seemed annoyed that we "bothered" her. I love winery hopping and have been to hundreds, but have never have an experience like this one. I... More

A great place to gather with friends and enjoy the view and the wine. Which by the way are great. If your lucky you might see an Eagle During the summers months they have many event including a pig roast.

I will NEVER recommend Four Friends to family, friends, acquaintances or soon-to-be-brides. I had the worst experience here every. Tina was very unfriendly and rude. She had no problem yelling at me and my business partners. NEVER again will I go here or recommend business her way. She is ungrateful and turned a lot of clientele away from her sour... More

It was such a great place for a intimate wedding. Four Friends Winery went out of there way to help make the occasion perfect. The scenery was beautiful. The variety of wine was great. I recommend Four Friends Winery for every occasion.

My friends and I were doing a PA Wine Trail tour. Four Friends was along the way. We had heard that it was a nice place. So we made it part of our itinerary. Waste of time. The wine was not that great. But what was the worst was the blonde, curly haired woman that was tending to us. She... More
