Great scenic view from toll bridge over Delaware River

I have walked this bridge many, many times as I live in the area and have friends who own a business/building in New Hope,Pa.

This is the TOLL FREE small metal bridge that has connected Lambertville, NJ to New Hope, PA. It's not a toll bridge, that toll bridge is Rt 202 a mile north and does not go to either town. Plus it's a 4 lane highway and I doubt if you can walk or bike on Rt 202. This quaint metal bridge... More

I enjoyed my walk across this bridge from PA to NJ. I did some shopping in NJ. I also sampled some wine at a wine tasting room. The walk is easy and picturesque.

It's a bridge, nothing crazy here. It connects Lambertvile with New Hope. Maybe not a big deal for most, but there is a path on it for walking which allows you to stop and take in the beautiful scenery There is also a marker in the middle that shows where the PA/NJ border is. A cute stop for a photo-op.

Seems silly to rate a bridge but this one is different. It is the glue that binds these two great little Delaware River towns to each other. It allows you to experience both on a warm Sunday afternoon and to park in one place and walk. It was the goto spot to watch the July 4th fireworks and to just... More

Great way to see both little towns in a day. In the evening you can stroll over the bridge in the moonlight and walk off your dinner.

Take a pleasant stroll over the bridge to Pennsylvania/New Jersey. Check out the view and wildlife. Connects two little shopping areas.

Great walk over to New Hope. This bridge has a marker in the middle with both state lines. You can put one foot on each side and be in 2 states at once. It's a great day trip. Lots of little shops and restaurants in both cities. Make sure you stop in "loves saves the day" in New Hope. Such... More

This bridge connects New Hope, PA with Lambertville, NJ spanning a gorgeous stretch of the Delaware River. There are lanes for cars and a wide pedestrian walkway separate from the motor vehicles allowing for a safe and leisurely stroll. When I’m visiting New Hope on a weekend, I like to park in Lambertville and walk the bridge into New Hope.... More

It's great to stroll across the river and imagine what it was like in the times of Washington. There are lots of ducks, plenty of canoers and kayakers, and also unfortunately jet skiers. But it's such a pleasant stroll across and back and the connection between the amenities of the two towns is much appreciated.
