Nice day trip

Nice day trip. Weekdays were lovely skiing with an older clientele. Unfortunately, weekends got crowded with rude teens.

They do a great job of snow making and grooming. Rarely do I feel that the snow conditions are poor. I like their live cameras--I live 95 miles away and can use the remote feel to get a sense of the conditions and the size of the crowd,,which as a retired guy that goes on week days is never a... Blue has always been a great local mountain. The folks who own and run it have made it my choice even if it weren't close.

I really enjoyed the terrain park and hope that there is much more for next season and season pass prices gets lowered.

Blue has some of the very best slopes in the whole of Pennsylvania, and its toughest (Challenge and Razor's Edge) compare favorably with any in New England. They are generally longer than more varied than most others around, so the skiing can go on all day. The summit lodge overlooks an awesome view and there are bars and restaurants to... More

Great mountain no matter what style or level or riding! Nice and easy slopes, to more entertaining black diamond trails available. It's the best skiing resort in Pennsylvania.

Pleasant intermediate ski hill with some unique trails. Much more fun on event days but then again lines are short to nonexistent during regular weekdays. High speed chairlifts to get lots of skiing in. Good terrain parks although they could squeeze more features and add more intermediate features. One of the terrain parks get almost no traffic because of the... More

My wife and I are no skiers, but drove from Philly suburbs to get our 10 and 8 year old daughters for lessons. Scheduled without no hassle a semi-private lesson, and a 1pm Explorer 2 hour group lesson. When we arrived found the place well setup, we were well received, rented equipment for the girls and within 30 minutes of... More

This was my first visit to Blue Mountain Ski area. The slopes were well maintained and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Even though it was very crowded during the weekend, the lines on the ski lift moved quickly. I purchased my tubing tickets and ski left tickets in advance on-line which saved me money and time from waiting... More

I generally ski at Blue once or twice each skiing season. I like it there and seem to like it a bit more every year. The slopes generally seem to be less crowded even when the lift lines get longer as they did this past weekend. The trails are well taken care of and the lift attendants are friendly and... More
