We've been going to the Colonial Theater periodically for years. It was always a great outing. Some time ago, they took over the bank next door and made several small theaters with comfortable seating and added alcohol sales (beer and wine anyway). This is by...More

Thank you for the great review! We're happy that you enjoy the Colonial and the movies and events we offer! You're right - getting to town a little early is always a good plan for parking. The best part about that is that there's lots...More

I had been meaning to visit The Colonial Theatre, and since February I have been there 4 times. It has so much more charm than the big multiplex theatres. It has been an integral part of Bridge Street and the history of Phoenixville. And you...More

Terrific, charming, fantastic theater with old-world charm. Reasonable prices, comfortable and clean. Love going there, although leave yourself time to find parking in town. That’s always an issue in Phoenixville.

Have been there multiple times for a variety of concerts. Great venue for concerts. Parking can be problematic in Phoenixville, but well worth it.

We went to see a concert at the theater and will NEVER return. Parking was absolutely horrible. There are so many restaurants that all the spaces in public lots are taken. Hundreds of cars milling around looking for nonexistent spots. I asked a guy who...More

Excellent intimate setting for concerts, and the Colonial gets a collection of diverse musical acts catering to a wide range of audiences. Great acoustics in the theatre also allow for musicians to perform without electronic amplification if they choose. Seating goes right up to the...More

Loved visiting the place where the great 1950 movie the Bloob was filmed. Would love to do the famous Bloob fest, we say a movie.

This cute theatre sits along Bridge Street and is home to a couple theatres in a fun antique-esque setting. Fun fact, this theater is also featured in "The Blob" and is home to Blobfest every July.
