We did a quick visit to the museum. Parking is a problem but there is metered parking or a garage couple blocks away. It was interesting to see all the cartoon strip displays. My son loved seeing all the characters

The ToonSeum consists of two rooms--period. During our visit, one exhibition (focusing on "how to be an artist/cartoonist" schools and programs) was running a few days beyond its original scheduled termination date, and presumably it was being held longer because the second exhibition was not ready yet. The admission price was cut in half (so only $4 during our visit)... More

Not the busiest of places…which I liked. A very decent-sized, interesting collection of a wide variety of cartoon art.

It's only $4 admission but worth double the price. Wile E Coyote must be expected to visit because there is an anvil suspended by a rope over front desk. The main room is adorned with political cartoons from this years presidential campaign. With this year's the political season I am sure that they could have filled a space 10 times... More

Tiny place and after we saw the layout even my comic loving teen declined to pay to go in. $8 isn't bad but with 4 that's $32 and my husband who did pay to see the exhibits said that would have been way overpriced in his opinion.

... But mighty in what they're able to pack in the two rooms. We decided to visit with our older teen daughters, but we recognized a lot of the "older" cartoon drawings. I was afraid that they'd be bored because there didn't seem like a lot to look at, however, they ended up looking at everything in the exhibit and... More

2 tiny rooms with a few drawings. First room had local stuff. And second room was dedicated to teenage mutant ninja turtles

If you like cartoon art (and I do), this is a great place to spend 30-60 minutes. $8 to get in, but they have a nice collection that spans everyone's interest, with art, cels, exhibits, etc. And the woman who was in charge was nice and friendly.

My preschooler and I were delighted to visit during the superhero exhibit. He's newly obsessed, and we had a big time in the dress-up corner. Besides - if you want a compendium on an obscure hero like Martian Manhunter, they can set you up!
