Such a fun experience buzzing through the tunnel before entering the fountain area of Point State Park! All the pedestrians were so courteous, too, especially during evening Rush Hour!

The downtown tour was a good route, but unfortunately our guide did not know much about the area. In fact, we learned after a visit to the Heinz history museum that some of what he told us was just wrong. We've come to expect better...More

1- Student and military discounts announced are not honored. 2- Customer service is apparently not part of the training given to employees. 3- I bought a tour in advance at the kiosk with the tour guide, only to have them call me back and tell...More

We had a great time learning how to segway and then heading it into the city. The tour could've been a little spicier, but we were having fun on the segway anyways, and overall it was great.

This was our first stop upon arrival in Pittsburgh. We were both nervous and a little hesitant once we started riding the Segways, but the staff provided great training and reassurance. Before we knew it, we were comfortably riding through the city! When it was...More

This was the highlight to our stay in Pittsburgh. The staff were very informed on making sure you are capable of riding on a Segway. They were also a lot of fun along the great trip though town and to Point Park.

Fantastic fun and a terrific guide. Best way to see the city. Riding was actually easier than I had anticipated.

i would think that would be a question for your Dr. You have to sign a waiver to go on the Seqway. Also you could call the particular Segway office you are interested in and check with them ahead of time to avoid possibly... More

Can I ride with a toddler?

No, you need both hands and cannot have anyone strapped on your back. The ride can be pretty bumpy and goes over several bridges. May not feel safe for you if a toddler is on your back.
