Overwhelmed with the over 5,000 relics in this chapel -second to the Vatican! Should be somewhat of a believer, my friend questioned the cross relic and many others....I found it very interesting and spiritual!

Short of visiting the Vatican, you will not see and be able to touch as many relics as they have here! Whenever I visit, I get the feeling that I am in a truly holy place. There a few other places that have as many...More

This was truly amazing. I have been to Vatican City before and have not been this close to so many beautiful relics. Relics from Jesus, Blessed Mother Mary and the Apostles. Thorn, piece of the cross, piece of the table from Last supper. Many many...More

Take a tour and learn the amazing history of the collection of relics. Wooden statues from Germany are life size stations of the cross. Parking is available across the street.

Tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood atop Troy Hill, this tranquil place is an essential stop if visiting Pittsburgh. When I walked through the door I could feel an unknown energy. We were fortunate enough to listen to a guide give a brilliant talk about...More

Such an inspiring, moving experience to see relics, only second to the Vatican in how many they have. In addition, the life size stations of the Cross were beautiful. Worth the visit

A German pastor of royal blood came to Pittsburgh in 1890 and brought 1,000s of Saints relics from Early Rome to 1900 -- so one can see the history of the world there.

I am unsure of the days or hours of operation because they do vary and are dependent upon just a few who maintain the site so worth viewing. Check website which I am not permitted to give but is saint anthonys chapel. org
