If you are looking for a small museum, visit the Fort Pitt Museum. You will not be disappointed. Though it may look extremely small, there are two floors packed with knowledge about Fort Pitt and how Pittsburgh is compared to now.

Great museum on the French and Indian war as well as American Revolution. Gives tons of information and is located right on the old fort and in the park. Must see in Pittsburgh.
