There is a lot to see packed in to a relatively small facility and also very inexpensive for what you get to see. Highly recommend the penguin encounter.

I love this place! My and daughter and I took her 3 young children ( 2, 5 & 9 ) on a spur of the moment Christmas break trip. The kids had a great time, especially feeding the Lorikeets!

Your admission is good to come and go, don't know if there is picnic area, there is some outside areas but they were closed to the public for an event
