Attended the MCG 30th Jazz All Star concert featuring Peter White, Vincent Ingala, & Gregg Karukas. Wonderful concert in a intimate setting. All seats provided a great view of the stage & the acoustics were fantastic. Highly recommended & my only complaint were the 2 women behind us who talked during the show & tried to sing.

We were here to attend a Jazz concert. The venue is small and every seat is a great seat. Seating comfortable, there was plenty of leg room. Restrooms located not far from the concert hall. Free parking behind the building is very well lighted. The performance was enjoyable, we will definitely be taking in more concerts.

This is not a big venue, so be prepared for a great seat anywhere you sit. The seats are dated (understandable). The venue is very warm and inviting. I would attend another show. It's convenient to drive to, and there is ample street parking.

We have attended numerous jazz performances at MCG including longtime jazz greats as well as national newcomers. Each one has been special. The room is ideal with no bad view and great sound and comfortable seats. Check out their season schedule. It is worth it.

Visited here for the first time last week for the Jack DeJohnette/Savion Glover show. Thrilled to discover that there was free and ample parking. Don't be put off by the industrial vibe of the area--it appears quite safe and there are attendants to help point you toward parking. It would help if there was better signage to point you toward... I always enjoy live performances here. There is plenty of free parking nearby, no traffic in the evenings, no large crowds to fight entering and exiting the hall. It's a small amphitheater with good acoustics, lighting, seating, etc. Even some performers on stage have remarked about this being the perfect size venue for them and their art. I've always heard... Marcus Miller in 3/13/15. Great sound, holds about 400. Not a bad seat I. the house, and we sat in THE last row (row N). EZ to get to, easier to leave. Parked on street (free). Will go back to see Gerald Albright.

He created the Manchester a guild and Bidwell Training Center to prove the value of investing in people and that poverty does nit define their potential. While there was nit a concert the night I visited this venue, it was a spectacular experience of visiting the art studies, gallery, eating the culinary art school food and listening to a jazz... The concert hall is a wonderful, small venue near downtown Pittsburgh to hear some very excellent jazz. Suggest checking their website to see the performers, many shows sell out quickly, order early. A car is a must, not easy to find this place it's in a commercial area; parking is readily available and free; no public transport near. The Guild always... More
