This was a great little stop to satisfy the boyhood model train fantasy. Many antique sets on display and several layouts in operation.

Very nice presentation of toy model trains from most all US manufactures as well as around the world. You can press buttons to see many operate and a huge number on shelves in glass cases..

Wonderful history capsule captured in this museum. The highlight would definitely be sitting in the conductor seat on an old restored train.

The National Toy Train Museum is incredible! I felt like a kid again and wish I could live there! Makes my model train collection look puny! Definitely worth going to see.

You should allow at least two to three hours to see all the display trains. It’s an overwhelming experience especially if you are a model train fan, possibly longer if you are going to tie it into a railroad merit badge... More
