Pretty easy walk down to the overlook so if you are not a hiker it shouldn't be a problem. Would definitely recommend. Also it is dog friendly

Lovely area with elaborate path and railings at scenic overlook into the valley. Allow enough time to really enjoy the woods and views.

This area is just past Wolf Run Marina on Hwy #59. The road to get there is very narrow, and when you arrive, there is plenty of parking. Be sure to wear good hiking shoes, have water, and remember that the climb down is easy...then...More

I don't think so, but call the U. S. Forest Service Office in Warren, PA to find out positively. Hope it is a great wedding!
