It's Trolley time not a Steam Train. We did something new as we rode the Electric Trolley's. Not a train in this yard instead many Street Cars with a neat museum to go along. This state we did twice the 2nd time was in our last year of the 50-State Quest on the eastern part of the state. But this... More

We have been to the Trolley museum with our grandson several times. He loves the ride on the trolley car. He finds it hard to believe that Grand Pap and Grammy rode these when we were his age.

We took our grandson there last weekend for the Santa Trolley event. We bought out tickets online in advance and glad we did because it was sold out. My interest was the age of the trolley because I grew up riding those rails in around Pittsburgh for years. I was especially impressed with the collection they have there, must be... More

There are some neat stories and trolleys with good pictures but the people who run it make it worse than those old programs on tv. Very underwhelmed and will be looking elsewhere from now on for kids trips

We took our two-year old son on a road trip to the Pittsburgh area to visit the many Daniel Tiger/Mister Rogers-related attractions. We had first noticed the Trolley Museum on a segment of Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood and are so glad that we were able to stop by. Our son loved the trolley ride (except the loud horn), train play table... More

What a great place to visit and come with the family! Transportation the way it used to be in days gone by. They even have an old PCC car like I remember seeing and riding as a boy. They also have the only remaining Butler Harmony Short Line Trolley left in the world. This type ran on a section of... More

Was in Washington for the day, had nothing planned, so we randomly stopped here. What a nice place! We went on a trolley ride. Saw many restored trolleys, as well as many in the process of being restored. The day that we were there, there were 3 older gentleman working at the museum that shared much information about the trolleys...one... More

Good place that brings back memories of yesteryear. A little pricey for a family to go but well worth it. Ride the trolley is a must because the museum is at the end of the trolley line. Trolley rides are included in admission price nice gift shop, plenty of parking.
