This is a great place to take your family on a clear day. The elevator was out but their aren't that many steps to reach the top. The view is spectacular especially if you like to take pictures. The grounds are a little muddy after...More

I grew up in the shadow of this historic tower overlooking the Delaware River and the site of General Washington’s audacious crossing, and subsequent victorious attack on Trenton, Christmas night, 1776. I have no idea how many times I have driven the steep, winding road...More

From the top of the tower, there is an incredible view of the surrounding area! My dad, who is 79 did the climb with me. We stopped when needed. HE was in awe of the view!

Great view of the area. Elevator takes you almost to the top. Narrow staircase get you to the top of the tower. Small donation is required but worth it for the view out to the Delaware River. Try to catch early fall for the leaves...More

A place you must see when visiting Bucks county. As you drive up the steep winding road to the monument, you crest the hill and before you stands a tall stone structure. You don't realize the height of it until you actually step out of...More

I climbed this tower while visiting a friend in New Hope. Because I love seeing beautiful vistas, the 120+ steps were worth it for me--even though at 73 I can't see very well in low light and had to hold on tight to the metal...More

No one - not the website, the cashier at the visitor center, not even the man taking the ticket at the shack next to the tower - tells you that the elevator is not working! And if you have a toddler, that makes things difficult....More
