Staff was nice and friendly, facility was clean.
If this was my first experience at an ax throwing place, I would not do it again. My experience at Angry Jack's was so much better due to their lane coaches. They stayed with us for the duration of our reservation. The 10-15 mins at your place was not effective and in the end, we really couldn't even play a game because we were barely getting an ax to stay in the target. Angry Jack's lane coach was engaging, fun and helped us with each throw. They recommended games for our level, kept score and continued to provide guidance for the duration of our reservation. I feel our experience at your facility would have been better if stayed home, bought some axes and target and watched YouTube videos. This was very disappointing since the other 3 people in my party had never been ax throwing. I built it up based on my experience at Angry Jack's, just to have everyone feel disappointed and not want to try it again. I hate to rush to judgement, but it wasn't like the facility was busy or short staffed. We watched the staff watching tv and eating right next to us as we kept trying to throw the ax.
