My girlfriend Laura and I booked a shuttle trip with Tom from Jim Thorpe to White Haven for a self guided 25 mile bike ride on a beautiful Saturday morning. Let me just tell you this, you pay a bit more but in return get fantastic customer service, free snacks, water, and an eco-friendly way to travel in a smaller group. Tom also provided everyone with trail maps and took the time to make sure everyone was comfortable as this is a self guided tour, pointing out highlights along the trail, bathrooms and cool little “secrets.” He was very friendly on the drive up to White Haven, offering local insight into various other outdoor companies, restaurants, and history of the area including the rail trail. He really made everyone feel at home and confident they would be ok on the trip. Tom takes pride in his business and it obviously shows. If you want a smaller group shuttle that is hassle free, offers rentals if need be, and also includes free parking (big plus) then this is the company to book with. There isn’t any bureaucracy, you are given as much info as possible before your trip starts, and when you’re done you’re done! So easy! Thanks Tom. Tom’s service was excellent in several ways. First, when we gave him late notice that we had to postpone our rental, it was no problem. Second, he happily rescheduled us for our preferred new date and time. Third, he had the bikes at the starting point on time. Fourth, he adjusted the seats to accommodate two tall guys. Review of: Bike Rental in the Poconos
What an adventure!!!! He was on time.. This driver of our shuttle was actually the Owner. He handled the rowdy crowd that boarded his bus with ease while keeping his van tight in its lane at all times. His Halloween jokes put a smile on the kids faces. The best part was receiving a call the next day from the Owner.. I had lost some things the day before but didnt know at what point it happened. I never thought I lost it on the bus and in Tom's phone call he even offered to drive it back to me in a few days.. what a man... Thank you Tom for a Wonderful and safe Halloween Adventure!!!!!!
