Went to the venue for the first time and found it to be really good. Easy to get to in the center of town, helpful ushers and not a bad seat in the house. All in all a good venue.

I have never been to the Kirby. I am reading that the area by the theater is high crime. Can anyone give me some insight? We are seniors and our son bought us very expensive tickets to an upcoming performance.
