Beautiful location with great views! Not for those who want a lighthouse tour but great place to bring your clamcakes or doughboys and watch the waves. Usually no big crowds or kids running around just scenic and relaxing!

While we saw several lighthouses on our New England tour, this was one we could not get close to - for a good photo. The nearby parking area, though, affords some cliff views. Toward the landward side upon leaving the lighthouse, there is a dirt...More

...that the lighthouse is not accessible. It is enclosed in a fence with a sign clearly stating that it is under the DHS/Coast Guard jurisdiction. You just have to view the working lighthouse from the adjacent "private" park that was open for free to the...More

Our family has been visiting the Pt Judith Lighthouse for 30+ years. It is a beautiful and special place and has always been accessible even though the Coast Guard maintains a facility there adjacent to the memorial park area. This year, the lighthouse area was...More

We swing by almost every year to visit this spot ... pretty lighthouse and park ... it's usually locked up by the Coast Guard but a couple of times we've been able to walk in and check out the grounds. No rhyme or reason we...More

We have been going here for years. My favorite part was always sitting on the lawn right near the lighthouse, watching the waves and the boats. Unfortunately, it is fenced off now due to it being Coast Guard property. Still an awesome spot. Go at...More

Surrounding the light house is a fence. This is a working lighthouse and secured by the Department of Homeland Security. If you want to get up close to a lighthouse thus is not the place. Its nice view but that is it.

Not a whole lot to see. Fully fenced in. Has a parking lot with benches. If your a lighthouse buff well you have to see it. My photo shows you pretty much everything.
