Slightly more expensive - and sometimes those minutes saved are worth the dollars spent. This is especially true OB a day trip. Keep eye on the schedule - don't get confused.

Sounded too good to be true, get to MV so easily and so quickly from RI, where we live! But both my daughter and I lost our proverbial lunch on the trip and had to give the return tickets to my brother and his son so we could take the slow ferry back to MA and then drive. If I... More

Colloquially known as the "vomit comet", it gets you to MV in 1.5 hours, but in rough seas, those with tender stomachs are often quite distressed. Getting a seat that faces forward can help. It's quite clean and nicely decorated. There are booths lining the windows and movie theater-style seats in the middle, but with some good spacing so that... More

This ferry appeared to be brand new. Very clean, nice galley and an exceptionable staff! They have televisions throughout, Bose sound system and plenty of tables and chairs. If the weather is nice the crew has no problem with people going outside up to the front. Seating is also available up stairs but didn't check that out. It was 1.45... More

I bought a one way ticket to Oaks Bluff, MV and the ride wasn't that bad. I unfortunately have horrible motion sickness and the tide decided it wasn't on my side to help ease the constant bumping up and down on the water. Boy did I think it was going to hurl but I take a snooze and it eased... More

We had a very good trip, out to where we were going and back. The weather wasn't great, but the people operating the ferry did a great job.

Great experience to and from Martha's Vineyard, on time, very smooth and fun time on the bow with other travelers. Enjoyed a tasty Bloody Mary on the way to the island.

Great location from our hotel near the Providence RI airport hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating when I needed to change departure time. Very comfortable ride with snack bar and tv for viewing. I would definitely use them again.
