Bill Haney has improved the caliber of performers and shows year over year that would rival Broadway. My husband and I have been season ticket holders for quite a few seasons and it keeps getting better looking forward to next year

In a most unsuspecting place! Very charming upscale Playhouse by the sea! Tickets are reasonable and show quality is terrific. There's a lovely bistro connected to the playhouse in which you can dine at before the show. The food is excellent and price are reasonable....More

We attended a performance of Beauty & the Beast last week. Cool venue with orchestra and balcony seating. My high school daughter, who is familiar with the score as she performed in a school play last year, enjoyed chatting with the maestro above the orchestra...More

Theatre By the Sea is a hidden treasure. Nestled between the ocean, fields, and route 1, it is the perfect mix: location, beautiful views, and convenient access. The shows area all top-flight, including high calibre cast (local and New York), always live orchestras with excellent...More

This was my second visit to Theatre By the Sea; if I lived here, I'd be going to every production they mount. Saw their version of The Music Man, and loved every minute. The cast was fantastic, some great voices, magnificent choreography, stunning set design....More
