Guy or Kye was our guide. We rode all around town and saw the lovely houses and gardens. Stories aboout the people and architecture and the history of the area. Movies and movie stars have used this area for a backdrop for Forrest Gump and Prince of Tides and other movies. Just delightful!

To start our two day visit to Beaufort, we decided to take this one-hour carriage tour of the old town. The horse, Honey, did well, and our driver and guide, Jake, was both knowledgeable and entertaining. It was an enjoyable ride and Jake gave us enough information to plan what to do with the remainder of our time in the... More

THANK YOU for taking us out on a private tour right after you had closed for the day. They really went the distance for us. The tour itself was informative, interesting and interspersed with humor. We heard about "haints", ghosts, historical facts and movie star drama. A great way to get the flavor of Beaufort.

This is a fun and easy way to get an introduction to beautiful and historic Beaufort, especially the wonderful collection of antebellum homes in district called The Point. The driver/guides always have interesting and fun anecdotes to tell. Great for kids, seniors and everyone else in between.

This tour was the BEST! Jennifer gave a great presentation. She obviously knows the city and it's history like no other. And she obviously loves Beaufort and her work.

Had a carriage tour of the more historic area of Beaufort. Full of fun facts without the usual bad jokes and puns from the guide. She was a little soft spoken but we could hear well enough. Worth the $21.

Make sure your tour guide is not Debbie. This tour was a waste of money and for 45 mins. we had to listen to someone talk non stop in a sing songy voice. We could barely understand what she was saying. We were two senior citizens and the only people on the tour. Sure would have been nice to learn... More

The carriage ride gave an up close and personal tour of the squares of Beaufort. The exterior of the homes were absolutely breathtaking. Our guide was an older gentleman from New Hampshire, and he was entertaining

The experience was so good on the ghost ride last night, that we opted to go again for the daylight ride about history today.

Debbie and David provided a professional and pleasant experience during our tour of Beaufort. Journey was also professional, but rather quiet, pulling the carriage. Glad we did tour on our first day since we were oriented to the town of Beaufort and its history.
