Overview
More
The Schooner Pride is an authentic replica of the 18th century tall ships that once dotted the Charleston Harbor carrying supplies and passengers to and from the plantations. She is USCG certified for up to 49 passengers and is the only 3 mast tall ship that offers public sails in Charleston Harbor. You can sit back and enjoy the the views and gentle ocean breeze or get involved with trimming the sails. We are not a narrated tour, but are happy to answer questions and point out interesting landmarks! Daily afternoon and sunset sails are available March - Early November. Special group sails and private charters available year round!

We were a family of 12 and the boat was crowded so we couldn't all sit together. There was no information given to the sights we might have passed. It was boring after a while without any information, although the sunset was pretty. No refreshment...More

We had wonderful weather for a sail. The experience was very relaxing and enjoyable. Make sure to bring cash to purchase drinks (they had a good selection of beer and other non-alcoholic beverages) and to tip the crew afterwards.

Great weather. Great views. Saw most of the Charleston skyline & Harbour as far seaward as Ft Sumpter. Wines (6) & crab cakes / other hors de oeuvres were above average on the types of sails. Would do it again.

Maybe we just missed out on more excitement because the wind laid down right as we started our voyage. But this two hour trip was boring, no narration nor engaging crew, and we basically floated along barely moving between the times the captain used the...More

Hi, thanks for the question. Each cruise is 2 hours. The time depends on the time of year.

One of the if not THE worst things I've ever spent money on. Absolutely pathetic. The "story teller" made things up and for stories from other people telling her such. The ad for the ghost tour cruise is so misleading.
