Join a 13th generation Middleton, for a personalized local perspective. End the tour in a private garden with refreshments. Walk with a local who grew up romping the streets of the downtown peninsula. The history of the city will come alive through the bricks and mortar still standing.

Absolutely fantastic 2 hour walking tour! Packed full of information, provided by an "umpteenth" generation local. Beautiful sites, and many you would miss just riding by or walking on your own. A "must do" for visitors.

We had a great tour this morning, although we had heavy rain at the very end of the tour. We would definitely recommend this particular tour to others, and were particularly impressed with the archeological history and knowledge of our tour guide. Very good!

Bradley, Martha's husband, gave us the tour today. He is a longtime resident of Charleston. His stories were entertaining and he was a great tour guide. We would highly recommend this tour.

I am certainly a dog lover, and I don't mind. However, people on tour may be a little nervous around dogs. Please be sure to have the dog on a leash, bring water, and try to be curtious of others. Thanks, Anne
