Grill and bar located in an old brick building across from The Market and near the carriage tour locations. A restaurant has been in this location since 1930. Large "pay-to-park" lot across the street. Wide variety if appetizers, burgers and sandwiches (featuring seafood). I was really ready for my afternoon coffee, but their coffee machine was broken. (That negative turned... More

sat on the roof top and they didn't have many staff at first but it was a warmer evening and they added staff promptly. Shrimp tacos were good, she crab soup not bad.

Located directly across from the city market, Henry's should have been SRO on a rainy afternoon, but that wasn't the case. This restaurant has more than its share of history and charm. It was recommended to us by our tour guide and at first glance it did not disappoint. We were escorted to a high top, and given menus. That... More

Just left Henry's after 15 minutes of waiting for someone to notice us at lunch. They weren't overly busy and the kicker came with a couple being sat about 10 minutes after us and greeted within a couple of minutes. We had multiple servers, the hostess and the bartender glance our way and not say a thing. Really disappointed.

Stopped in for drinks and appetizers. We needed to rest after our adventures at the market next door.

Went on our first night, great vibe, cool bar and a good drink! What more could you ask?? Well when we saw the menu we decided to stay for dinner and we must say it was one of the best burgers we ever had!! Special shout out to Tyler, our bartender! He made us feel right at home that we... More

We stopped here to have lunch after our carriage ride. My husband and I both had the Fried Green Tomato Sandwich. It was amazing! Lots to choose from on the menu and staff was friendly and attentive. Great place to go if you are in Charleston.

Stopped for a bite while visiting downtown Charleston. The place looks nice and of course is in a great location. However, our waitress was just average. Not real personable or helpful in giving us suggestions on what to get since we had not been there before. Ordered burgers and chicken and an appetizer of fried grits and chicken. It took... More
