This is the only place I've ever been to for a concert so I don't have much to compare it to. The sound was great and we got up close to the act. My only complaint was we went in June - it was HOT. I know there were fans on but it wasn't enough for us. That's my only... More

The Music Farm gets some good acts, and I enjoy the venue in the non-summer months. I just went to see Chris Robinson Brotherhood and the concert was fantastic, but it must have been close to 100 degrees inside - there is zero AC and I will not be going back during the summer no matter who is playing there.... We drove up from Jacksonville to see Elle King in a sold out show. We arrived late and had to park about 7 blocks from the venue. Downtown Charleston was very busy. It was refreshing to see people dressed nicely—not everyone but enough to us to take notice. Unfortunately, we missed the first act, Horse Thief. We heard that they... More

I've been to Music farm several times now, and what I like the most is the program, that makes me discover new artists and performances. Otherwise, standard concert place: a bar crowded, before the beginning of the show, same for bathrooms, and a few drunk people in the first rows. Definitely worth the time if a band you like is... Loved this venue. It was definitely a smaller more intimate setting but that was perfect since there was not too big of a crowd. Never had to wait long to get a drink and the prices were about the same as any other concert venue.

Nice venue, perfect size, the staff was really friendly, one main bar and at least 2 small bars on the sides and drink prices are reasonable. I drove about 250 miles to see Lucero playing here. The sound and light systems were very good, some reviews say that the heat is an issue in the venue but I didnt experience... More

Get there right as the doors open, and get to the front of the stage. That's what everyone else will do. Great atmosphere, bar stocked with good drinks. Always has good events. I travel over one hundred miles to go there for concerts and shows.

Forget trying to get to the bathroom or get a drink. One of the worst concert experiences i have ever had. It must be at least 100 degrees in this place. Sorry, i expected much more.

Charleston Music Farm gets some pretty awesome acts. It's centrally located in downtown Charleston, and close to pay parking - which is convenient. It's nice to be able to go out before and after a concert and not have to move the car. The venue itself is a little strange. The bathrooms are near the stage, so they can be... More

This place has balconies on both sides of the stage, plus the border around the pit. All great realestate for the short people who don't fancy being trodden on in the pit. Full bar. Great sound. You can park for $4 on the second floor of the "bus" parking lot around the corner. There is a bunch of restaurants right... More
