Our group of 10 enjoyed the culinary walk through Charleston. We learned about the history of the food while sampling some of the local delicacies as well. It was a great introduction to the lowcountry!

My sister stops in Charleston twice a year and thought to do something different. This was an excellent choice. Fran was our tour guide and introduced us to grits, collards and many southern foods and explained the history.

The tour is two hours and our restaurant and food stops are pretty close together. I would say you would only be walking outside a total of maybe about 30 minutes of the tour.
