Better to avoid most sporting events on campus. The local fans are very obnoxious - some of the worst in the SEC. The baseball games aren't bad however.

Thought this university campus has an old area which is called the "Horseshoe", there isn't that much to see. You can do it in about 1/2 hour. Difficult to find parking.

I spent a short time on the USC campus during their winter break. Campus was very clean and the horseshoe area is a great place for students to relax. Definitely, a great deal of history. Need to spend more time on my next visit.

There is more to USC than the Gamecocks! Though the team has performed exceptionally well this season (2016), what makes this school exceptional is its student body, with great minds and hearts, as well as its quality staff and infrastructure.
