Great idea great trails but I would dare say we were not the only hikers to ever get confused or "lost" on this trail system. And the sad thing is we hike ALL the time. Really frustrating...planned on running 3 miles ended up doing 5....More

We headed down to this Greenway on a Sunday afternoon on a nice, warm, sunny day expecting to do some hiking in the woods. We found that the maps online and directions to exactly where to start our visit were slightly confusing and unclear. It...More

Anne Springs Close Greenway is well worth a visit. The trails and lake are well maintained. There is a fee for entry but worth the price of admission. Light hiking; good for a wide array of health levels but pretty scenery including a stream and...More

Great place, while here a homeschool group was learning about nature. Nice spot for a wedding or other party if you like barns. Can see couple of log homes my appointment. Don't forget the map or bug spray. Swinging bridge was nice.

This is a great asset to Fort Mill, the property is vast and very well utilized. I've been camping with boy scouts, mtb biking on the trails and even attended a wedding at the barn -- just a fantastic facility to have on your town!

We are so fortunate to have the greenway so close to us. When walking the trails there, you feel like you are miles away in the mountains so far from the hustle and bustle. The trails are great for hiking and mountain biking. Just be...More

Miles of hiking and biking trails. A get away for a day or an afternoon while near the City of Charlotte.

Beautiful place - went for a long walk with nature at our doorstep. You can even ride your horse here, if we had one.

The part we could see was interesting. The attendant was very informative and helpful about the rules,of which there are many. The 10.00 per person fee would have been taken off the 100.00 yearly fee if we wanted to explore the area. I use a...More

The only water falls that I am aware of in the Greenway is the spill way from lake Haggler (spelling?). Access off highway 21 opposite Colthrup road. Once you get to the earth dam, there is a small trail that leads down to... More
