Who knew that such a peaceful and pristine place existed so close to Greenville, SC? We camped for 3 nights in the campground and will definitely go back. Beautiful lake with kayak and paddle boat rentals and lots of hiking and mountain biking. Amazing place!

Great for picnics or 30-40 min easy trail walks. Kids enjoy it here. When the canoes and paddle boats are available, that's also fun to do.

Your should contact the park office and ask a ranger for recommendations as far as I know there are only hiking and mountain bike trains available.
