We had a great time fishing with Curtis he was knowledgeable and friendly, we caught black drum, red drum and speckled sea trout all in the same day. When we got back to the dock Curtis cleaned and bagged the fish for us. We are looking forward to our next trip!

Only 5 stars because there is no option for 10! 3rd year in a row going with captain buddy and captain Curtis. Who has always been kind, courteous and willing to go above and beyond to make it a good experience. Even loaning me waders for not dressing for the occasion. Every year has got better and better with the fishing experience. They have shown us tips and tricks to catch numerous types of fish for the first time in our life's.My father and I love going and will continue going every year with captain buddy and Curtis.

Captain Mark took us out for an amazing day on the water. He put us on the fish early, and the bite didn’t stop! We caught Redfish, Black Drum & Flounder (including a huge doormat). We’ve been out with this charter service many times, and have made great memories every time. Captain Buddy and Captain Curtis are absolutely top notch as well!

This was the second charter I’ve done with Captain Smiley and although the business has changed hands, the experience was just as good if not better than my first. Captain Mark was able to put us on fish no matter where we went, catching flounder, red fish (drum), black drum and sea trout in the creeks and estuaries of Little River and the intercostal waterway. Mark even worked with us to change the departure time slightly in order to catch the best tide. Will be back.

Worst guide fishing trip ever been on. He was very rude , had to catch bait on our fishing time , took away from our fishing time that we paid for . Stay away from Curtis as your guide !!!

We had a wonderful time fishing on the intercostal waterway. Captain Buddy was fabulous and took care of us for the whole trip! He took us to numerous fishing locations where we caught just about everything possible. We hit a Grand Slam, catching the top game fish in the waterway. Captain Buddy takes care of everything from baiting hooks, netting the fish and cleaning them at the end of the day. We will return for sure!

We booked a sunset charter with Curtis for the last night of our vacation and it was the highlight of our trip. Everything was seamless. Curtis was knowledgeable and fun. The scenery was gorgeous and my husband enjoyed the opportunity to photograph birds. Top notch experience all the way around!

I would like to take my wife and two daughters but they are worried about getting sick. Girls are 8 and 10. Could they handle it?

Yes. It is very rare that anyone gets sick on our boats. We stay intracoastal which is in calm waters.
Thanks

Was wondering how many people you take out on a fishing trip. My husband went on one a few years ago and the boat had packed so many people on it he said you could hardly move and there was a ton of kids running around. It was like a cattle call!

Hello:
How far out in the North Atlantic do you go?
Do you sail directly East out of Little River or go North or South?
How long are you out, what time do you leave and how much does it cost?
Thanks

We offer inshore fishing charters. Fishing light tackle in the rivers and tidal marshes. We hardly ever fish past the inlet. If you want a calm water fishing experience give me a call. I target inshore species ...reds, trout and flounder. If you like to cast lures and live bait it's super fun. Hook a over the slot redfish on light tackle and you will come back for more.

Can you accommodate a group of 8?

Amy...we can only carry small party's of up to four. I can arrange multiple boats for bigger party's. It fun when we have other boats involved. It creates a tournament style trip.
