Its been a couple years since we went into the Aquarium, took our grandsons in there and was surprised at how cool it really is. If you want a great adventure in seeing some of the things that swim in our oceans, this will amaze you. The grandsons were probably not any more amazed as I was because I had... More

I have been going to Myrtle beach for over 30 years and this was my first time to the aquarium. It was nice to see the Christmas trees from all over the country. I got there late and had someone waiting outside so I did a quick walk through. I bought a season pass since I live only 2 hours... More

If you're in Myrtle Beach, this is a must visit. Ripley's Aquarium ranks as one of the most exciting and interesting attractions along the Grand Strand. You'll experience the wonders of the ocean deep. So many different species of fish to observe that will absolutely amaze you. You'll be impressed as sharks swim above you and all around you. Some... We only went for an hour but could have stayed in the tunnel or in the touch aquarium forever! Staff was friendly and helpful as we arrived late and they had to close early due to cleanup still from hurricane

This place is definitely for all ages. I enjoyed it and considered it a wonderful surprise from my family to me and my kids. They can't stop talking about the many animals they were able to touch! We also took very nice pictures for memories and I truly appreciated Ms. Drayton for bearing with me and my family during our... More

So How cool was that? Young to old there is something for all! Just plain awesome to be able to learn about different species of marine life. Been here 2 times and I never am disappointed. The money is well spent to help the animals and take care of those that take care of the exhibit.

Visited the aquarium with three kids ages 1 - 5 and they had a very fun time. The best feature was the tunnel that goes through the aquarium filled with sharks and fish swimming on the sides and overhead. There is a slow moving walkway you stand on which kept visitors moving but was slow enough to really enjoy. There... More

This place has a great under water tunnel that goes on for a long way... really interesting. You can touch jelly fish and sting rays.Lots of interested things for kids. Plenty of different fish... The only bad thing is that I found the layout to be a bit confusing, but it might have just been me.
