We have this course in the past and loved it. Not so this time. The greens were awful. They called it winter kill. The layout is great, but I would call ahead before booking it to inquire about the greens

The Legends has gone down over the years. It was once a really nice facility with 3 courses, well kept and in good repair. Hard to say that these days. I played 2 of the courses (Parkland and Heathland). Of the two, I preferred Heathland...More

Played the Heathland Course at The Legends and found it to be in good condition in spite of the hard winter and early spring, but found the length from the senior tees to be much too long. The course personnel are not overly friendly and...More

Just arrived back from a 4 night/Round visit to the Legends Resort after a five year absence. Good value for the money for those looking to get away for a group golf outing. The breakfast/lunch/beer tickets were added value to the golf - carts included...More

The courses are ok, the facilities are meh, the lunches are terrible (if you actually get to have one), tee times are always delayed (over an hour this trip...). Legends is fine, but not good by any stretch. We ended up having to stay off...More

We played Heathland and Parkland a number of times. Heathland is more open and an easier track. Parkland is longer for us Seniors 6,099. We also played Oyster Bay and Heritage. They all have the great deal with lunch and 2 drinks. We had a...More

The Moorland greens were in terrible shape from the winter. They lost most of their grass and had been painted for color. Hard, slick, bad. We also played the Heathland in the morning and the course was much better but they put groups out on...More

We booked a three day stay at the legends and were very disappointed in the condition of the greens. Greens at Oyster Bay and Moreland were almost entirely without grass. The greens at Parkland were some what better with only a few greens without grass....More

We enjoyed our visit to the Legends Golf Club. We played 3 of the courses. We had a threesome and a rider. We played Heathland, Mooreland and Parkland. All the courses are not easy for the average golfer, but fun. Sometimes frustrating, sometimes not, but...More

Breakfast and lunch are served in the main clubhouse for all three courses. The marshals are good at moving people along and I cannot recall any 18-hole round lasting more than 4 hours, regardless of time. With their... More
