The Palmetto is a nice golf course with several holes where water comes into play and an outstanding finishing par 4 along the intracoastal waterway. Most of the greens are in good shape with a few a little sparse of grass. Fairways were in excellent...More

I haven't been here for 12 years and wasn't disappointed but I have to ask myself why haven't I been here at least once a year. The golf course was in great shape and the greens have healed very well from being punched. Give the...More

Beautiful layout, club house is nice. Attentive staff, brought water around. Greens were brown, bumpy and unplayable. No coolers for the beer...they put the six-packs in a plastic bag in 90 degree weather...we had to drink fast. Avoid Pine Hills...Palmetto may have been better.

I loved playing this course. I'm a hi-handicap but the greens were in beautiful shape and constant through the round. The roll was slower than most courses but I like them that way. There were no treacherous cup locations either. Recommend this great course.

Played in March. Course was in very good shape. Tough layout, fairly tight. Greens was pretty fast with lots slopes, very few flat putts. Pace of play was slow.

This course was a part of our golf package and we were not disappointed. Some of the holes are a bit long but the greens are in great shape and interesting. The fair ways are mostly wide but some are lined by water and trees....More

This is a tee it up and hit it hard course. The Palmetto course is centrally located on 48th Ave. in MB. The course dries well and is a good choice if others are cart path only. If the wind is up, the course can...More

Overall the course is in good shape and the staff is welcoming. Very functional driving range and practice green. The greens are a bit different so you will want to get some practice in prior to your round. Pace of play was pretty good and...More

It was a very foggy morning when I was grouped with three others to play 18 at Palmetto. It was extremely wet due to the rain over the past several days...and apparently the course doesn't drain very well. However, the course played beautfiully...miiiiinus some of...More

You should be ok. The course does not have very many forced carries over water.
