Played Myrtlewood PineHills in Day 2 of the 2015 Myrtle Beach World Amateur. Not my first time on the course. PineHills is a pretty traditional tree lined MB course. It was very wet after a torrential rain the day before but overall course was very playable. We did play Lift Clean and Place thru the green. The greens were in... More

It was a very foggy morning when I was grouped with three others to play 18 at Palmetto. It was extremely wet due to the rain over the past several days...and apparently the course doesn't drain very well. However, the course played beautfiully...miiiiinus some of the greens. The course was to be aerified on September 9th so the greens were... More

Played on a very wet day. Even so the course was in great shape. The greens were some of the best I've seen at the beach. The pro shop guys were very friendly as was the starter. Would recommend for a round to ease into your golf trip; fun but not too difficult.

Played both courses. Great courses. Challenging but not too difficult for all handicaps. Great staff. Will definitely return.

My wife & I have been coming to Myrtle Beach for 4 years now for our Annual golf vacation. We decided to start off where we are lodging at the Myrtlewood condos. I'll save the lodging for a different review. We played at the Myrtlewood Palmetto course. This was a very nice & surprising course. We teed off at 1:30pm... More

I played Palmetto a few days ago and the course was in very good condition. I played PineHills today and the course was in excellent condition. The best condition I have ever seen it.

My husband and brother golfed here. Course was in excellent shape. My brother was having some leg issues and didn't like that he could only take the golf cart on the path. He had to walk way to much that day because of it. But they said the course was very good.

Both courses are well maintained and the entire staff is very accommodating and friendly. I played with my 80 year old Father in Law who had both knees replaced and they couldn't have been more accommodating. It is not designed to be the hardest test of golf but if you are looking for 2 nice, well maintained not overly difficult... More

Myself and seven friends played both courses in one day, Course is in good shape. Mixed drinks and the club house are way overpriced ($16) for a double rum and coke. Weather was raining but course drained very well. Cart path only on back 18, but still wasn't bad. I would play hear again. Lunch in clubhouse was great recommend... More

Played both Palmetto and Pine Hills. Beautifully maintained, both courses have wide fairways making them playable for high handicap golfers. Even after a downpour the day before, the water drainage on the courses allowed the course to be in very good playing condition on the day we played. Excellent golfing experience - definitely going to return!
