Large, lots of fun, but showing its age

My family and I love it here. Close to home, affordable, and has all the water rides and features you would expect. Food is what you would expect, average but not necessarily cheap. Pack a picnic lunch for your family and save the money for their retail store, which has some great summer items. Most of the staff are friendly,... More

I think the title sums it up. A great location for a fun, family outing and the kids tried all the rides. We stayed all day until closing and the kids still wanted to play. The only negatives are limited shade for smaller kids and the expensive and limited food options.

This is a place that has a lot to offer, but the best value is a season pass! there is something for everyone of all ages to do while at the park! The food tends to be a little on the expensive side, but you can leave and return the same day with no re-entry fee. Bring plenty of sunscreen... More

This place is shady. We got there at 11am. It rained at 1pm for 30 minutes. They shut the park down for the rest of the day. After talking with a worker, he said he is mad when they do it too b/c he doesn't get hours. He said it is common knowledge that they use rain to shut down... More

Great fun for the kids. Our extended family can all go together and both teenagers and preschoolers are happy.

Had season passes for past two years and it seems to be going down hill. Dirty water in river, and some rides. And the restrooms could use a cleaning a little more often. Hard to get tubes because they are taken from some rides and used on more popular rides. Asked workers for help but they don't appear to care.... More

We have bought season passes for the past few years. I like that they continue to add more attractions. The price per day I think is high but the season pass price is just right. They do need to focus more on cleaning the attractions. A bathroom at the Saturation Station would be great!

We were at the beach and noone wanted to get in the ocean due to all the occurances that was going on in the ocean so I planned to take the kids to myrtle waves we had a wonderful time. The slides were amazing the food was a little pricey, but it always is at an amusement/water park.

We buy season passes every year and this year was disappointing. The few times we went, the pools were dirty, especially the lazy river. The rules that were once in place seemed to no longer be in effect. It is time for some upgrading to this park.
