Nice beach with air conditioned bathrooms and a place to get snacks as well as arise off station and picnic shelter areas. There's a pier for fishing as well as to sit under when it decides to rain like it did to us. They do...More

The beaches at the state park of Myrtle Beach are among the best in the area. The crowds can get large so get there early. And be sure to check out the gift shop for some cool swag.

Camping at State Park and basically it is a pretty good experience. Bathhouse floor floods, after a couple of showers, but the sites are a nice size and many sites afford some degree of privacy. But know this, if uninterrupted sleep is important, well, you are...More

Nice beach with lots to do and plenty to keep kids busy. The people are friendly and are always willing to help.

I'm sorry I do not know the answer to this question, that would be better answered from local people that live there or call the Myrtle Beach State Park info line and ask them all those questions. Thanks

I have never seen any pictures, but we were there the week of July 11 and we camped near one of them. They are old, and the one we saw was next to the camp store, so I don't think I would want to be at such a busy location... More
