I had an entire day the spa and my first facial everything was amazing! The women were so friendly and sweet. I love that you're able to use the sauna and steam room too. My only complaint is that it hasn't even been a week and my gel polish manicure chipped so for the price it was alittle disappointing

Our spa day was nice and relaxing. We sat in the sauna after enjoying a full body massage. The bathrooms are filled with every need for getting ready after the spa time.

For me it is all about the massage. Noel did an exceptional job, especially for a resort. I told her that I would request her again. The dry sauna was 190’, perfect. At my home club the keep it too cool. The lounger where I took a nap was comfortable. The only downer is that they do not have a jacuzzi, if that is important to you. You have to leave the spa to use the public jacuzzi with kids jumping in and out all the time.

My daughter and I had "express manicure and pedicures" with gel polish. The service was incredibly basic. Pedicure was a brief soak, file, brief massage and polish. The manicure was a file, brief massage and polish. Our technician was pleasant and professional and did a lovely job. However, this "express" service was INSANELY over priced!! For both myself and my daughter (13) with gratuity included, it came to over $400!!!! This is a GROSS over charge and borderline criminal. I realize it is my responsibility to check pricing and while admit I had not checked but assumed it would be a reasonable cost, based on the fact that we were at a "spa" in a resort this fee is more than triple what I have paid in the past for what the service includes...which was VERY minimal! I certainly was not expecting to see the amount i did!! I would caution anyone considering this service. You will not get an experience that reflects this charge...not even close. Typically this service charge, at multiple salons, never surpasses $30. Add the gel polish, maybe another $15. But certainly NOT $100 per manicure/pedicure- file and polish only. No soak, no callus removal, no massage, not hot wax or oil treatments, nothing added to the soak, absolutely nothing extra. I would 100% not recommend. As I said before the technician was great, the issue is the gross overpricing of a simple service. This spa is absolutely over pricing these services. Look for an outside salon to get a better value.

Didn’t walk for days after a massage. Something caused sciatica in my back. Went to a chiropractor to straighten it out.

So i am a local, and i was given a locals discount. I asked about other discounts so I knew going forward and they offer group discounts on 10 or more people and Bonvoy member discounts! The spa included a Steam room, Sauna, Hot tub, Indoor pool, curling irons and straighteners, hairbrushes, razors- you name it! Even a shower cap! The relaxation room had snacks and that cool water with Oranges and fruit in it- fancy :) While lunch wasn't included in my service i did order some wine and the boom boom shrimp and they had room service bring it to the relaxtion room for me so i didnt have to change out of the robe. (the robes are so comfy i actually bought one they are $100). The service itself was so refreshing and my only regret is I didnt get a longer massage.

Noel was exceptional! She focused on the areas that needed the most work. We’ve been here previously, but this is by far the best massage I’ve ever had! We will be back and definitely requesting Noel!

The services were phenomenal, the environment is top notch.

The only thing leaving me a little less than thrilled is the money side of it. First, there is no published price list. You have to ask to know the prices. This is a pretty significant investment for most people, so to not give people something to look at - online or otherwise - makes it tough to figure out what services to get and how much it is going to set you back.

I can tell you the 25 minute smoothing facial was $90 plus the extra 20% gratuity ($108). The 50 minute Hibiscus massage was $120+gratuity ($148). Again, both services were wonderful.

I read the reviews and went in slightly ready for some overcharge or under service. I brought my “sand dollars” which Marriott issues in exchange for attending a time share presentation. I asked to pay for my massage with sand dollars which was not a problem. The woman checking me out asked how many sand dollars I had. I said “$175.” She took them and said, “okay great, you are all set” - as if I should just leave at that point. I asked for a receipt which of course showed the $148 total including gratuity. When I said I wanted change she acted confused and said “oh I thought you said you had 6 sand dollars” (they come in $25 increments). How do you hear “6” when I said $175 dollars?? So this left me a little irked after an otherwise lovely experience.
