Went for a birthday couples massage. After sitting in waiting room for 15 minutes we were told one therapist never showed up (Terence). The manager (Amanda) said they could no longer accommodate us for a couples massage. She offered us to separate massages at different times later that day. That was not what we went in for and asked for a discount. Amanda said she could not authorize discounts as a manager and said she would have to call her supervisor and call us back. AMANDA NEVER CALLED US BACK.

Manager cancelled my appointment without telling me until I literally got to the location. Second time this has happened. The owners have no control over their managers and front desk staff - never the same face twice month to month - clueless. Honestly I feel sorry for the therapists trying to make a living and they can’t keep their clients. This is supposed to be a healing center and instead it creates stress and frustration. Don’t go there!

I just got off of the phone with an assistant manager at Massage Envy. I had to call them back 4 hours after the manager was supposed to call me. As expected, it was a complete waste of time explaining my situation. The assistant manager that I spoke with did not have any authority to resolve my issue.
A little background, I have been a customer for several years, due to a contract that I regret signing. I also pay for my wife and daughter to get monthly massages. I made an appointment the day before and I usually get a text message reminder an hour before my appointment. I never received a reminder, I was told that it was due to making an appointment within 24 hours, which I did not know until today. I lost my $65 dollars. They only thing that was offered to me was an upgrade to aroma therapy , it was insulting that they were taking my $65 dollars and offering me something that might cost them 25 cents.
Prior to this event, I had scheduled my preferred massage therapist over a two month period. Every appointment over the 2 month period was cancelled by Massage Envy. I was told that my therapist would not be in that day. I did not complain at all, I get that things happen. By the way, I have emails documenting everything that I am telling you. Given that I did not complain, I did not feel it was unreasonable to ask for consideration this time. Apparently, I was wrong. There is no grace or empathy toward the customer for something coming up. However, they can cancel for two months July, 2020 and August 2020 ( a total of 14 or 15 sessions) and I am to accept that. Lesson learned. I will be contacting the Massage Envy's corporate office and let them know how one of their franchisees is tarnishing their brand.
Here is what you need to know.
1. Massage Envy pushes everyone to sign a year contract for a massage for 65 dollars a month. It's at least 75 dollars for a massage if you are not under contract. They have to have a credit card on file. You are charged automatically every month. The contract is skewed completely in Massage Envy's favor.
2. It's hard to get a massage therapist that you like due to the amount of turnover. Although they charge 65 dollars for a massage, the therapist only receives 16 dollars. They really push tipping the therapist, because they are not paying them. I usually tip between 10 and 20 dollars for a 50 minute session. So a 50 minute massage really costs about 75 dollars.
3. As noted above, once they have your money, you will never see it again.
4. There are so many options in our area that you don't have to pay these outrageous prices. After I cancel my account, I will be going to a massage therapist at my chiropractor's office for 60 dollars and no contract, no issues, no hassles.
5. If you like the idea of going to a corporate organization because you feel that you can trust them and their brand, don't be fooled. Do not place misguided trust that a large corporate entity like Massage Envy will step up and take care of you. They won't. There is too much money involved.

Xin carefully listened to me and asked me very specific questions about what was going on with my body...She hit "hot spots" and worked them out for me so that I could actually turn and move with much less pain...She was personable and professional...Tiny Massage Envy storefront but very busy and fairly quiet.

Had a great first experience at this Massage Envy. Nina and Patricia at the front desk were so pleasant, sweet & helpful. My therapist, Valerie, gave me a very professional & therapeutic massage. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a relaxation room to sit in and have a cup of tea or water before your treatment. The table was heated & the face cradle was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. The other thing I liked was that the therapist keeps a clock/timer in the room so you get every minute of your massage. A 60 minute massage is a 50 minute massage with 5 minutes before and after for undressing/dressing and the therapist does an excellent job of reviewing the specific details of what you want out of your massage. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had the couples massage here and they did a wonderful job! The price was excellent, only $55 per person. The only drawback is that they recommend $ a 30 tip for the two of us, which we did pay, but the amount of the tip is up to you.

I purchased a year's membership upon my Sister in Law's recommendation. Best thing I have done this year. My husband is disabled and from time to time I need a moment to myself to regain my perspective. This is a great way. The front desk ladies are friendly and make you feel comfortable. Wonderful therapists. Also, you can get a facial while your there! I definitely recommend this service.
