Last 4 holes are very good. Will get your attention.

Very nice course, flat, nice fairways, challenging greens. Condition is very good. First few holes are a little bland, repetitive. Overall a nice golf course.

I played this course in mid Feb and overall it was in good shape but I was a little disapointed with the course. I thought that the couse would be on the river and there would be great views but I never saw the river. The course was hard to find due to construction and road closures. I am not... More

Golf course has the feel of a beach layout yet only 3 miles from the Augusta National. Several cabins available for your buddies to make it an outing.

I love to go to this course to take nature pictures while my husband and son play the course. They have mentioned the course is can difficult depending on the how the weather conditions are and how the ball is rolling that day. The employees are always extremely friendly and the club house the best place to end your round... More

Great Cabins on River Golf Club. 4 bedrooms and best used with a group. 2 beds per bedroom. Perfect for a "guy" golf trip. Very spacious and relaxing.

Normally I do not rate golf courses. They can be challenging, they can be with great views, they can be boring, but all depends on the abilities and skills of each other. But on this course you have some really challenging tee-offs. 180-230 yards over water, deep grass, or bushes should be mentioned, so if you want to play this... More

The course is interesting and well maintained. It left in place the vestiges of the railroad that used to run through the property. Plenty of water and a nicely done clubhouse make this a nice retreat near the banks of the Savannah River. The greens are grease lightening fast, and they don't break quite as much as you might read... More

The River Golf Club is in the top three maintained courses for the area, for semi-private venues. A great layout, challenging but fair course, and the greens may be the best in the Augusta area. The dining room has an excellent menu, and the food is outstanding. Price very reasonable also. Service is dicey, and the staff is not very... More

The course is a very fair layout that is always in great condition! A few very difficult holes, but most are fair and have a variety of tee boxes to choose from. This is absolutely my favorite course in the Augusta area! Rates are very fair for the quality and condition of the course!

Very good value and course was in great shape! Greens were fast and fairways over seeded with rye grass! I could play here every day!
